With a background in interior and exhibition design, I was looking for a creative outlet. Being fully immersed in the process and present in the moment drew me to pottery. Ceramics allowed me to be a designer and a maker simultaneously. After taking several wheel-throwing classes and becoming more skilled, I made the first pieces for my family and friends.

Trying out different techniques when playing with clay keeps me engaged and motivated. At the moment, I am exploring the possibilities of paper clay and testing the limits of both the material and my imagination.
